Job Title: Marketing Manager - GI

Reports to: Head of Marketing - GI

Department: GI Business Unit

Role Objective:

The GI Marketing Manager is a pivotal marketing role with the responsibility for a key brand in Takeda’s portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role requires strong partnership across the marketing team as well as several functions both within the local and regional teams including but not limited to:

· DSD’s & KAM Team

· Medical Affairs

· Market Access

· Data. Digital and Technology Team

· Professional Relations

· EUCAN & Global functions

The role is an excellent opportunity for a Marketeer with 4+ years of experience, with a desire to lead on strategic brand management and tactical execution. The role will require an understanding of a cross-functional brand team with a view to progressing to more senior roles within marketing or other areas within Takeda.

Key Accountabilities for the Role

· Leading & supporting the execution of our local strategic and tactical brand plan

· Fostering a culture of collaboration within our cross functional brand team

· Leading the development of promotional materials and campaign journeys for use across various face-to-face and digital channels

· Leadership and/or input of co-creation projects with Global team stakeholders for use across multiple markets

· Collaboration with relevant key opinion leaders and healthcare stakeholders across an array of activities

· Data-driven decision making to support campaign creation and adaptation, using and piloting new technologies where relevant.

· Supporting the approval of marketing materials across the portfolio in Promomats (electronic approval system), ensuring materials comply with the ABPI code of practice and Takeda SOPs

· Briefing and monitoring agencies to ensure integrated marketing communications strategy is reflected in all activities and that communication goals are met

· Lead on the creation of tactical KPIs to monitor & analyse the effectiveness of marketing activities against agreed objectives

· Communicating effectively with the sales team to ensure utilisation and implementation of materials
