This role involves strategic planning for all marketing activities to align with business objectives and maximize profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing an integrated marketing communications plan to enhance sector presence and awareness of the company’s services and solutions.
- Creating and managing all sector marketing assets, including print and digital media, and managing vendor relationships.
- Implementing advertising, sponsorship, public relations, tradeshows, and campaigns to raise brand profile and generate leads.
- Building authority through thought leadership, case studies, and speaking engagements within focus sectors.
- Collaborating with sales to meet commercial objectives by providing support tools and campaigns.
- Driving traffic to the website and social media channels through strategic initiatives.
- Managing CRM activities, including customer acquisition, retention, reactivation, and campaign targeting, while adhering to GDPR regulations.
- Enhancing website usability, content, and conversion rates.
- Developing and executing a social media strategy, especially on LinkedIn.
- Supporting service demonstrations at various locations, including exhibitions and conferences.
- Establishing relationships with key customers for references, case studies, and events.
- Conducting voice of the customer research to inform marketing priorities and messaging.
- Monitoring industry best practices and integrating them into marketing strategies.
