We’re seeking a dynamic marketing professional with a proven track record in creating and executing impactful, results-oriented campaign programs that increase awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
This is a highly visible marketing role. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in field marketing and excel in a multi-stakeholder environment.
As a Marketing Campaign Manager within the UKI Field Marketing team, you will lead the development and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns across the UK and Ireland. Your role involves collaborating closely with senior sales stakeholders to drive leads, pipeline, and ACV. You will manage marketing programs that engage prospects and customers to support pipeline objectives, working with global and EMEA marketing teams on initiatives such as Global Campaigns, Digital, Strategic Events, GTM Campaigns, Executive Programs, top accounts, and SICs. The role demands strategic problem-solving skills and experience in B2B demand generation, working with cross-functional teams to align objectives, execute plans, and measure success.
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of marketing plans supporting the UKI business, including:
- Lead the Go-to-Market Strategy: Manage and execute comprehensive go-to-market marketing plans to generate pipeline (New Logo, Upsell, Cloud Cross-sell) by collaborating with UK marketing teams, sales leadership, and aligning with EMEA & Global Field Marketing.
- Performance Management: Drive results by managing the annual marketing plan and goals, overseeing budgets, quarterly targets, initiatives, and metrics to ensure measurable outcomes.
- Data-Driven Innovation: Own marketing-driven pipeline goals for your segment, utilizing data analysis to enhance the performance of Marketing Sourced and Influenced pipeline, understanding and targeting prospects and customers effectively, and optimizing marketing spend for maximum impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate across multiple channels such as Digital, Events, Executive Programs, and top accounts to ensure alignment with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with senior sales stakeholders, including the Senior Area-Vice President, sales leaders, account executives, and business development teams.
- Collaborative Strategy: Contribute to translating business priorities into effective marketing strategies, aligning sales and marketing efforts, and working within the global team to maximize campaign and demand generation initiatives.
Required skills & experience
- Several years of professional experience in marketing campaign roles.
- Strong background in leading and delivering demand generation campaigns from concept to execution and results.
- A history of achieving and exceeding performance marketing goals.
- Experience working across multiple customer and prospect segments for new logo acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell strategies.
- Ability to navigate complex solutions, multi-functional teams, and regional organizations.
