Marketing Manager

Overview

Peachy Den is seeking a commercially minded and creatively driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of our marketing strategy. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, customer growth, and engagement across all marketing channels. You’ll take ownership of campaign planning and execution, manage influencer and partnership initiatives, and lead performance reporting—ensuring our marketing efforts consistently support broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing Planning

  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports Peachy Den’s growth objectives and brand positioning.

  • Build and manage a structured marketing calendar, mapping key campaigns, seasonal launches, and partnership moments.

  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with commercial targets and brand direction.

2. Campaign & Digital Channel Management

  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns across paid social, email marketing, and digital advertising.

  • Oversee creative briefs and coordinate with the design and content teams to produce assets that meet campaign objectives.

  • Manage relationships with media and performance agencies, ensuring effective delivery, reporting, and ROI on digital spend.

3. Content & Brand Ownership

  • Guide the development of campaign content that reflects Peachy Den’s unique voice and aesthetic.

  • Work with creative stakeholders to ensure visual content maintains brand consistency across all platforms.

  • Maintain a forward-looking content plan that supports product launches, brand moments, and customer engagement initiatives.

4. Influencer & Partnership Development

  • Lead influencer marketing efforts from outreach to campaign execution, including negotiating fees and deliverables.

  • Identify and pursue strategic brand collaborations that align with Peachy Den’s values and target audience.

  • Monitor results from influencer and partnership activity to assess brand impact and inform future collaborations.

5. Marketing Performance & Optimisation

  • Define and track key marketing KPIs, including customer acquisition, engagement, and campaign performance metrics.

  • Produce monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns.

  • Use data to inform strategic decisions, ensuring all activity is contributing effectively to business goals.

6. Team Management & Internal Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor the Marketing & Ecommerce Executive, fostering growth and accountability.

  • Act as a key liaison between the marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly.

  • Promote efficient workflows and clear communication across internal departments.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proven experience developing and delivering results-driven marketing strategies in a fast-paced or startup environment.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and campaign performance tools.

  • Skilled in brand storytelling and creative campaign development.

  • Experience managing influencer programs and/or partnership initiatives.

  • Comfortable using data and analytics tools to measure performance and guide decisions.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills; experience leading a small team is a plus.
