Marketing Manager – UK & International

(12-month Maternity Cover Contract)

We are seeking a driven, experienced Marketing Manager to deliver our marketing strategy, ensuring global brand consistency whilst adapting for local relevance and impact.

This role is ideal for a strategic Marketing Manager with a hands-on mindset, strong commercial focus, and a passion for hospitality, brand, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of UK & international marketing strategies
  • Manage and optimise end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels and venues
  • Oversee PR, social media, content creation, brand activations, and external agency relationships
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs — translating insights into action
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure brand alignment
  • Support new venue openings and lead launch marketing strategies
  • Mentor and motivate a high-performing marketing team

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Extensive experience in a senior marketing role within hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors
  • Proven track record managing large-scale campaigns and multi-market strategies
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Confidence handling press, influencers, and media planning
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with high attention to detail
