On the back of significant growth in 2023 and 2024, we are now looking to ramp up our marketing activity and need someone to support us in this.
You’ll play a key role in affirming our positioning as a thought leader in the insight and brand space while supporting the growth of our sales pipeline.

We are looking for:
We would love someone who’s got real ambition and can help us demonstrate the positive impact of great marketing as we grow the business. Right now this is 16hr per week contract, with a view to extending and reviewing after 6months.
What you will be doing:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Understand our Marketing Strategy, with a key focus on LinkedIn, our website, hosted events and thought leadership content
- Develop and implement high-impact campaigns across our focus channels, including PR, content, social media, events, and email marketing.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring spend is aligned with budget and objectives.
- Report monthly on KPIs and campaign ROI
Content Marketing
- Research, write, and manage production of best-in-class content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters and social media posts, liaising with subject matter experts across the business.
- Manage the LinkedIn page, keeping it updated and focused on our key brand messages
Brand & Messaging
- Oversee TMG’s external communications, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.
- Develop inspiring thought leadership themes to secure opinion pieces in trade publications and speaking opportunities at industry events.
- Liaise with internal teams to produce winning industry award entries.
- Sales Enablement
- Support the sales team by creating collateral, case studies, and lead nurturing workflows.
- Maintain and update the website to reflect TMG’s positioning and client success stories.
We want to hear from you if:
- You have 3+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- You’re experienced in designing and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- You’re comfortable owning a brand’s content and messaging strategy, with strong writing skills and an eye for detail.
- You’ve successfully managed events and external suppliers.
- You have experience working with marketing automation and email tools.
- You’re skilled at analysing data to optimize campaign performance and track ROI.
- You’re excited by a fast-paced environment and can effectively juggle multiple priorities.
- You’re strategic but a highly capable do-er. You have a can-do attitude and recognise that as a team no job is too small for anyone.
What does great look like? In this role, success is measured by:
- Meeting lead generation targets.
- Consistently increasing brand awareness through events, PR, email & social.
- Producing high-quality, on-brand thought leadership content.
- Demonstrating tangible contributions to the sales pipeline, with clear ROI.

Working Hours: 4 days a week & 4 hours per day.
Pay: £35,000 Pro-rata or £375 per day.
