What the job involves
  • Work with leadership to create a cohesive marketing plan, set annual growth and engagement targets, and define key metrics to measure success.
  • Design campaigns with detailed end-to-end plans and mobilize resources to exceed targets.
  • Leverage external networks and agencies to accelerate the marketing agenda.
  • Create a structured Unravel marketing team with clearly defined roles and responsibilities; lead the hiring process.
  • Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.
  • Monitor all marketing campaigns and optimize them as needed.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide guidance and ideas for organizing effective marketing events.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives.
