Job description

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to support the launch of a new international B2B exhibition in the energy sector. This role is responsible for planning and delivering marketing campaigns to drive exhibitor, sponsor, and delegate acquisition in a priority growth market.

This is a 6-month FTC, with the possibility of going permanent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, print, PR)
  • Adapt global strategies for the local market, considering cultural and sector-specific factors
  • Collaborate with sales, content, and operations teams to align marketing with commercial goals
  • Lead content development across platforms including website, newsletters, and collateral
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on data and feedback

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B event marketing or campaign management
  • Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and basic performance analytics
  • Strong communication, planning, and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines across multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable adapting content for local markets and diverse audiences

Desirable

  • Experience with international event campaigns
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g. SEO, analytics, social media scheduling tools)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
