The successful candidate will lead multi-channel campaigns across qualifications, membership, and events. This role will play a central part in increasing brand visibility, driving acquisition, and improving engagement across digital and offline channels.
Highly flexible working: London office attendance once a Quarter
Lead and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns to promote professional qualifications, learning programmes, and membership offerings, ensuring alignment with key enrolment dates and messaging priorities.
Develop and deliver acquisition and retention strategies across student and professional audiences, including onboarding journeys, engagement plans, and promotion of CPD resources, member benefits, and professional recognition.
Plan and implement digital marketing activity across paid media, SEO, social media, email, and website channels, optimising user journeys, content, and landing pages to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Manage the organisation’s marketing automation, audience segmentation, and personalisation strategies, working closely with external agencies to deliver high-performing campaigns and continuous optimisation.
Support the marketing of conferences, webinars, and member events by creating targeted campaigns that drive registrations, deliver at-event promotion, and implement post-event strategies to convert attendees into learners or members.
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and produce digital content (blogs, newsletters, videos, social media), maintain the content calendar, and ensure brand consistency and high standards across all communications.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, email and social media platforms, providing regular reports on key KPIs (e.g. leads, conversion, CPA, engagement) and refining tactics through data insights and A/B testing.
Line manage two Marketing Executives, support their development, and ensure an integrated and consistent approach to marketing across education, events, and membership pillars.
Build strong relationships across internal departments (e.g. Content, Education, Policy, IT) and external partners (e.g. agencies, media, suppliers) to support effective campaign delivery and marketing operations.
Skills & experience:
Experience in a marketing role within professional services, education, membership, or non-profit sectors.
Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing across digital and traditional channels.
Proven track record in campaign strategy, delivery, and performance optimisation.
Experience marketing educational or CPD products and events.
Strong team management and people development experience.
Excellent project and budget management skills.
Strong analytical mindset and performance-driven approach.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics), CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Umbraco), and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Understanding of CPD frameworks, accreditation processes, or e-learning trends is desirable.
