Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a talented Senior Marketer to join Kraft Heinz. The Marketing Manager position lies within the UK & Ireland business unit based in the Shard, London. You will be working in a high performing and diverse team with a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders as well as external agencies.

In this role, together with your team, you will be responsible for driving one of the largest segments within the business. You will be a true brand owner with responsibility for brand building, portfolio management and strategy, covering 360 campaign and communications management, performance analysis, and end to end innovation. You will be close to all your brands key metrics and directly own and influence all aspects of your brand and portfolio.

In brief, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the consumer, leveraging consumer insights to drive brand equity through developing and delivering communication ATL & BTL and innovation
  • Driving the brand and portfolio strategy for your area that delivers against key performance metrics, working in partnership across the team to ensure in market results, underpinned by commercial and financial rigour
  • Delivering innovation and renovation projects, from idea to execution, that deliver to consumer needs and drive incremental growth, ensuring on time and best in class execution.
  • Delivering the media and communications strategy and plans for your category partnering with external agencies to drive outstanding results
  • Working in partnership with the meals team to ensure strong in market execution and commercial rigour to deliver results
  • Collaborating with Category Development, Sales, Finance, Consumer Insights, R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain as well as the regional Marketing team to drive growth and manage profitability
  • Coaching and developing two direct reports, supporting their career aspirations and managing overall performance against objectives

Qualifications
Hard Skills

  • High levels of consumer understanding: ability to create insight, spot consumer needs, trends and understand market dynamics and generate plans to deliver against them.
  • Proven experience in driving successful end to end innovation, with experience managing processes involving multiple functions and external partners.
  • 360 Communications expertise: ability to project manage a comms plan from creative strategy to media execution and to manage creative, PR and media agencies. Both ATL and BTL.
  • Strong commercial and P&L understanding with experience in building business cases and tracking portfolio performance metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
