Who Broadwick are:

Broadwick is a multifaceted international company with headquarters in London who create, develop, own and operate a diverse portfolio of venues, spaces, events and experiences.

Broadwick believe in redefining spaces and how people experience music, art, culture and recreation by breaking down the traditional barriers. Collectively we strive to push boundaries and disrupt the cultural landscape by combining big thinking, bold ideas and commercial intelligence to produce spaces and experiences for discerning audiences in inspiring locations.
Who KERB are:

KERB is a business that powers other businesses. We focus on the incubation and growth of innovative, independent food businesses. We run brilliant street food markets, workshops, consultancy, bars, a food hall in Central London and have developed a growing, successful corporate catering company, KERB Events Limited.

We are a food-obsessed and people-first company who believes that everyone with a bit of spark should have the opportunity to ignite it. Be it food entrepreneurs or team members, our mission is to create opportunity and joy through great food, from the kerb up.
Corner Corner:

Corner Corner is a new kind of space. A hybrid venue at the heart of the Canada Water development, it brings together street food from KERB, a café, hireable event spaces, a vibrant cultural programme, co-working, brand partnerships, and the UK's largest vertical farm - all under one roof. Created by Broadwick in collaboration with British Land and KERB, Corner Corner is a cultural and commercial ecosystem designed to serve and inspire its local community and beyond.
Our team:

We are made up of people who are passionate and dedicated to creating incredible spaces for people to enjoy with a lasting impact. We are a tight knit team full of supportive, talented people who are constantly pushing forward to our next new venue or project.
What we're looking for:

We're seeking a commercially minded, creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing across Corner Corner. This is a 360° role combining strategic planning and hands-on execution. You'll drive brand awareness, build engaged audiences, and generate private hire, F&B and ticketed event sales. You'll be part of the onsite Corner Corner team while collaborating closely with Broadwick, KERB, cultural programmers, venue partners and on-site teams. Your work will directly influence how our brand is seen, shared, and experienced - online and IRL.
What you'll be accountable and responsible for:

Strategic Planning & Campaign Delivery

  • Develop and deliver the overarching marketing plan for Corner Corner, working across B2C and B2B channels.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns that drive venue awareness, footfall, private hire leads, cultural event attendance and F&B sales.
  • Project manage key moments: launches, partnerships, campaigns, and on-site activations.
  • Align activity with broader Broadwick and KERB marketing calendars.

Content & Digital Marketing

  • Develop content strategy and own the content calendar across social, email, digital and print.
  • Create compelling copy and storytelling across all platforms - adapting tone to suit channels and audiences.
  • Oversee production of photo/video content and design briefs, working closely with in-house and freelance creatives.
  • Schedule and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other key platforms.

Email, CRM & Website

  • Plan, write, and deliver engaging newsletters to B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Grow and segment Corner Corner's subscriber database.
  • Own the Corner Corner website: ensuring content is current, SEO optimised and driving conversions.

Paid Media & Analytics

  • Plan and manage paid social campaigns with clear KPIs.
  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and CRM data to monitor and report on performance.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.

On-site, Partnerships & Press

  • Lead on local marketing - leafleting, OOH, event signage and experiential marketing.
  • Work with PR agencies to deliver impactful press coverage and manage influencer partnerships.
  • Collaborate with venue partners to co-market their presence (e.g., KERB vendors, cultural programmers, corporate clients).

You'll need to have:

  • Proven experience delivering B2B and B2C marketing campaigns for venues, events, or food & drink brands.
  • Highly organised project manager with strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident copywriter and content creator, able to brief designers and creatives clearly.
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), CMS, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of London's cultural, hospitality or food scene.
  • A strategic doer: you can zoom out to plan and zoom in to execute.
  • Collaborative, but happy to work autonomously.
  • Proactive and adaptable - with the hustle to make things happen.
  • Passionate about food, culture, and creating community.

Nice to haves:

  • Basic design/editing skills using Canva, Adobe or similar.
  • Experience working with or within hybrid, multi-use venues.
