A leading company in the energy sector is seeking a Marketing Manager for a 6-month FTC with the potential for permanence. This role involves developing marketing strategies for a major international B2B exhibition, focusing on campaign delivery and collaboration with various departments. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of B2B marketing experience and a strong command of digital marketing tools.
We are hiring a Marketing Manager to support the launch of a new international B2B exhibition in the energy sector. This role is responsible for planning and delivering marketing campaigns to drive exhibitor, sponsor, and delegate acquisition in a priority growth market.
This is a 6-month FTC, with the possibility of going permanent.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, print, PR)
Adapt global strategies for the local market, considering cultural and sector-specific factors
Collaborate with sales, content, and operations teams to align marketing with commercial goals
Lead content development across platforms including website, newsletters, and collateral
Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on data and feedback
Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B event marketing or campaign management
Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and basic performance analytics
Strong communication, planning, and project coordination skills
Ability to manage deadlines across multiple stakeholders
Comfortable adapting content for local markets and diverse audiences
Experience with international event campaigns
Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g. SEO, analytics, social media scheduling tools)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
