You're our Marketing Manager! You'll be responsible for owning and executing Velstar's internal marketing strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on increasing brand awareness, enhancing our market presence, and promoting our services across multiple channels. From digital campaigns to press, PR, events, and email marketing, you'll ensure consistent, impactful messaging that reflects Velstar's brand and expertise.

Here's an overview of your responsibilities, and the tasks that you're expected to do as part of your role:

1. Plan, execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, PR, press, email and events.
2. Own our social presence, from crafting scroll-stopping content to sparking conversations that get people talking (and clicking). Whether it's a perfectly timed meme or a behind-the-scenes reel, you'll make sure Velstar's personality shines across every platform.
3. Manage and grow Velstar's digital footprint, including the website and key platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and industry directories.
4. Build and implement a content strategy that positions Velstar as a thought leader, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and multimedia assets.
5. Build relationships with media, PR contacts, and industry partners to increase brand visibility.
6. Plan and manage events, whether hosted or attended, that raise our profile and connect us with prospects, partners, and the wider industry.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Design, and Client Experience to ensure alignment and consistency.
8. Manage external agencies or freelancers as needed to support delivery.
9. Own the marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources.
   
   

What We're Looking For From You

1. Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally within a digital agency, eCommerce, or B2B environment.
2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, PR, content marketing and event management.
3. Confident communicator with exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
4. Strategic thinker with strong planning, analytical, and project management capabilities.
5. Creative, proactive and results-driven with a passion for building brand equity.
6. Experience using marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, social scheduling platforms, and CMS tools.
7. Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
