Established in 2013, our vision is to build a coffee industry that works for everyone. All our business activities are structured around this aim, including our wholesale partnerships, our coffee shops' impact-led approach, and our marketing and B2C communications.
We are excited to open a role for an experienced and capable Marketing Manager to lead our omnichannel marketing efforts, ensuring seamless, engaging customer experiences across digital, physical, and wholesale touchpoints. You’ll shape our brand's connection with customers, develop innovative campaigns, and drive our next growth phase. You will manage campaigns that meet our marketing goals and revenue targets.

Who You Are
We’re looking for a passionate, purpose-driven marketer who:

- Has experience working in a marketing department for a similar-sized, independent, or ethically-led business, ideally in a similar role.
- Is a self-starter ready to step into a marketing manager role and help us achieve our plans and manage the team.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Plan, manage, deliver, and evaluate multi-channel marketing and communication campaigns within our established strategy, brand guidelines, and tone of voice.
- Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and develop detailed project plans, coordinating with departments like B2B, Coffee Shop, Coffee Kiosk, and Coffee Hub.
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling:
- Oversee content creation across digital marketing, email, social media, in-store promotions, website, and printed materials, involving copywriting, photography, and graphic design oversight.
- Create and manage social media content, ensuring consistent brand voice across platforms, leading content calendars for three accounts (Roastery, Kiosk, Coffee Shop), and building customer and brand relationships.
E-commerce:
- Manage our e-commerce manager, oversee website updates, and improve performance and customer experience.
- Collaborate on developing engaging, personalized email campaigns and flows using Shopify and Klaviyo aligned with marketing goals.
Marketing Performance & Data Analysis:
- Analyze and report on marketing data and KPIs, using insights to refine campaigns and enhance engagement.
- Manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
Industry Research & Innovation:
- Research industry trends, analyze competitors, and stay updated on marketing, hospitality, and coffee developments.
- Identify PR opportunities and collaborations to expand reach.
- Explore and implement new technologies and trends.
Requirements
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns, strategies, and plans using tools like Asana, Google Drive, Slack.
- Skilled in managing multi-channel content strategies with Meta Suite and scheduling tools.
- Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and customer data-driven marketing and flows.
- Ability to oversee graphic design and create/edit content.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, highlighting sustainability and ethics.
- Photography/videography skills are a bonus.
- Experience managing suppliers, creatives, deadlines, projects, and some team management experience.
