As Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the venue’s commercial success.You’ll lead the development and execution of innovative, insight-led marketing campaigns that fuel both B2B and B2C sales across our Retail, Conferencing & Events (C&E) and Stadia service lines.Working in collaboration with the Sales Manager, central marketing and our client partners, you’ll shape the go-to-market strategy to help drive footfall, bookings and ultimately increase revenue and GP.

What You'll Do:

Own and execute the venue’s annual marketing plan across digital and traditional channels

Drive campaigns that boost non match day event sales and overall brand awareness

Develop and localise marketing collateral to support proactive and reactive sales activity

Collaborate with sales, operations, and culinary teams to launch and promote seasonal offers

Lead social media, e-marketing, and advertising campaigns with clear KPIs and regular performance reporting

Leverage platforms like Salesforce to track engagement and route leads

Work closely with our on-site client marketing team to amplify messages across their channels

Ensure all marketing activity aligns with Sodexo Live! brand guidelines and reflects our values

What You Bring:

Proven experience in marketing within the hospitality, events or sports sector (sports marketing a plus!)

A creative thinker with a commercial mindset and strong digital marketing skills

A natural collaborator with excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects

Highly organised, data-driven and results-focused

Knowledge of GDPR and experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

A passion for delivering experiences that truly make a difference
