  • Manage CRM/database ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Create sales materials and digital assets.

Location: Hybrid (3 days New Malden, KT3; 2 days home)
Salary: 40,000 - 55,000 (experience-based)
Contract: Full-time (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5.30pm); (potential for part-time)
Start: Immediate

Join a leading IT solutions provider specialising in data protection and cyber security. This role drives B2B lead generation through marketing automation, digital/SEM, and events, supporting a dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run quarterly B2B campaigns (digital, email, SMS, events).
  • Manage email nurture campaigns and marketing automation.
  • Monitor SEO, leads, and digital analytics daily.
  • Handle social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, X) and website content.
  • Organise corporate events (some UK travel).
  • Manage CRM/database and ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Create sales materials and digital assets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years B2B marketing with proven campaign success.
  • Skilled in CRM, marketing automation, CMS, and analytics (e.g., GA4, SEMrush, HubSpot desirable).
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel (tested at interview).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to juggle priorities.
