A global confectionery company located in Greater London is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the Jaffa and Flipz brands. The ideal candidate will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and ensure the successful execution of initiatives. This role requires strong experience in FMCG marketing, a solid understanding of consumer insights, and excellent leadership skills. Hybrid working model available.

What will this role achieve?
Marketing is at the heart of pladis – we develop and deliver the strategies that drive our continued success. We build brands that consumers love and that are highly relevant to them in their everyday lives, and we work collaboratively with our internal and external partners to drive sustained growth!
This role will lead the UK’s crown jewel in Youthful Brands side of the business, Jaffa Cakes and Flipz.
The Marketing Manager will have to end to end accountability (comms, innovation, activation, performance) on setting the agenda and leading the agenda for our biggest Youthful brands categories. As a Marketing Manager you will own the development and the implementation of the brand strategy, working with our commercial teams to build growth plans, developing and delivering compelling and distinctive brand marketing programmes, and above all building marketing leading brands that people talk about!
