Bright Purple Resourcing Ltd is hiring a Marketing Manager to own marketing for two premium venues in London. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, footfall and repeat business, from concept through to results.

You'll report to the Group Operations Director and collaborate with venue management to grow audiences, optimize channels, and launch new campaigns in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualificações

• At least three years' marketing experience, including digital communications.
• Strong copywriting skills for web, email and social.
• Working knowledge of Meta and Google Ads.
• Experience creating reporting structures and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Build a comprehensive social media strategy and content calendar across platforms.
• Explore new platforms such as TikTok.
• Keep websites up to date with engaging What's On content via WordPress.
• Plan photoshoots and create social content.
• Manage and optimise PPC campaigns.
• Maintain the marketing plan and develop future campaigns.
• Ensure materials follow brand guidelines.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance and competitor reports.

Marketing Manager

Are you a creative, results-driven marketer who loves breaking away from the standard playbook? We're looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to take ownership of the marketing for two premium venues in London, bringing fresh ideas and seeing them through from concept to results.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Operations Director and working closely with each venue's management team, you'll drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, footfall and repeat custom. You'll manage existing channels and find new ways to grow our audience.

What you'll be doing

• Building a comprehensive social media strategy and content calendar, and managing daily activity across Instagram, Facebook, X, and Google Business Profile
• Exploring new platforms such as TikTok
• Keeping our websites fresh and up to date, writing engaging What's On content and publishing it via WordPress
• Planning photoshoots and creating social content
• Managing and optimising PPC campaigns
• Maintaining the marketing plan and developing future campaigns
• Making sure all materials follow brand guidelines
• Producing weekly and monthly reports on performance and competitor activity, and setting benchmarks for success

What we're looking for

• At least three years' marketing experience, including digital communications (hospitality or a similar background is ideal)
• Strong, accurate copywriting skills for web, email and social
• Working knowledge of Meta and Google Ads
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Experience creating reporting structures and KPIs
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and relationship-building skills
• A self-motivated, flexible approach and comfort with change

Nice to have

• Photoshop, Lightroom or InDesign skills
• Knowledge of HTML and WordPress
• Confidence shooting and editing video on a smartphone
