Are you looking to become a part of a multi-functional team of commercial, technical, and regional partners? We are seeking a passionate Marketing Manager to join our Digital Commerce! You will identify business opportunities and work with the multi-functional team across Asia, Middle East, Africa to build cohesive commercial plans! You are expected to lead and collaborate with different subject matter experts to deliver end-to-end marketing plans for the region!

Your Team

You will report to the Digital Commerce Director and work extensively with colleagues from Consumer Market Knowledge, Sales, Communications, Finance etc.

What Success Looks like

  • Demonstrate positive relationship building skills in engagements with multi-functional teams
  • Deliver Scorecard Business Targets, in line with the goals of the Business Unit
  • Deliver Category growth, market penetration and gaining of New Users via Products Innovation Design
  • Successful Design and Deployment of Marketing Toolkits for the Brand

Responsibilities

  • Identify consumers’ needs and wants for P&G’s products, specifically in the eCommerce channel, and distil into deep rooted consumer insights.
  • Develop toolkits codifying principles and best practices, rooted in consumer insights, to grow P&G Brands across the full digital consumer funnel
  • Develop communication and campaign ideas, working with agencies or otherwise, to grow P&G brands in the channel.
  • Lead execution of the campaign and initiative maximization across markets and retailers (including campaign set up, asset briefs, etc.)
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to determine best practices for share & reapply across markets.
  • Support trade team to craft Go-To-Market strategy such as merchandising, pricing/promotion strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with some business focus
  • Excellent forward-thinking, strategic and courageous leadership skills
  • Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
  • Strong understanding of brand fundamentals and digital commerce capabilities
