Marketing Manager FTC - Non-Branded Practices & Audiology

Location: Esholt, BD17 7RH (Hybrid role 3 days office / 2 days home based)

Type: 6-month FTC

Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists is looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to support two key strategic initiatives:

Integrate marketing support for non-branded optician practices

Enhance marketing for Audiology (hearing care) services across the Bayfields group

You'll lead on planning, stakeholder engagement, and implementation—working closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure impactful, scalable results.
