We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive excitement at the iconic Epsom Downs racecourse and play a key role in boosting attendance and revenue through innovative marketing and on-course engagement

The Marketing Manager will
  • Develop racecourse and fixture marketing plans to drive admissions, hospitality, and revenue.
  • Lead ticketing and marketing budgets, setting realistic targets and optimising spend for maximum ROI.
  • Deliver data-driven pricing strategies and use customer insights to shape campaigns.
  • Plan and execute theming, entertainment, and on-course branding to enhance the customer experience.
  • Optimise website content, social media, and creative assets to deliver measurable results.
  • Monitor campaign performance, adjust plans dynamically, and maximise attendance and revenue.
  • Develop and deliver local marketing initiatives to engage target audiences effectively.
  • Motivate, coach, and support your team, fostering growth, collaboration, and high performance.
