Job description

Marketing Manager required for a luxury travel company.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to successfully manage marketing campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and target key demographics.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Monitor and manage the company's brand image, ensuring it resonates with the target audience.
Content Creation and Management:
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, press releases, email newsletters, and more.
  • Manage content calendars and coordinate with internal teams or external agencies for content production.
Digital Marketing & Analytics:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid media, social media) to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to measure and report on campaign performance and ROI.
Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust campaigns accordingly.
Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and campaigns are executed within budget constraints.
Event Management:
  • Plan and coordinate events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and promotional events to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to think strategically.
  • Project management experience with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in the travel industry or similar industry.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Mailchimp).
  • Graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
