Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Hinckley

Salary: Up to 40,000 DOE

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to take the reins of the marketing efforts and shape the strategy from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a standalone role and is excited to own and grow all aspects of marketing across digital channels.



What You'll Be Doing

As our first in-house marketer, you'll:

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Own and grow our presence across social media platforms with compelling, brand-aligned content.
  • Plan and run email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Create and manage website content - you'll need a good eye for design and UX.
  • Produce or commission content, including blog posts, case studies, visuals, and video.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership to support company growth.


What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in a full-mix B2B or B2C marketing role.
  • Ability to manage multiple channels independently (social, email, content, website).
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, WordPress, HubSpot/Mailchimp, and Google Analytics.
  • A strategic mindset combined with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment where you can build processes and make a real impact.
