We are now seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and strategicMarketing Managerto join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate marketer to shape and lead our marketing function during a key phase of growth.

Role Overview

This is a hybrid role combining strategic thinking with tactical execution. You’ll lead the development and delivery of a marketing strategy that drives brand growth, builds customer loyalty, and positions Hy-Pro as a market leader across both consumer and B2B channels.

You will work cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals, lead our digital and social media strategies, strengthen our brand voice, and create engaging content and campaigns that resonate with our diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

oDevelop and execute a holistic marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

oShape brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice across channels.

oSupport business growth by identifying new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.

oCollaborate with senior leadership on brand evolution, product launches, and go-to-market plans.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

oBuild and activate an engaging social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

oOversee content creation and social storytelling, including video, imagery, influencer collaborations, and product seeding.

oTrack social media performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Business-to-Business Marketing

oDevelop a B2B marketing plan to support wholesale, retail, and licensing partnerships.

oCreate compelling sales support materials, trade communications, and retailer campaigns.

oLead marketing activations for trade shows, retail events, and product launches.

oCollaborations & Partnerships

oIdentify and pursue strategic collaboration opportunities with athletes, creators, and like-minded brands.

oManage influencer relationships and seeding initiatives to build authentic brand affinity.

Content & Campaign Development

oOversee content production for digital, print, and physical marketing materials.

oManage brand campaigns from concept to execution—briefing creatives, aligning internal stakeholders, and ensuring consistency.

Data & Performance

oUse data and insights to drive decision-making, track KPIs, and report on marketing performance.

oMonitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep Hy-Pro ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking For

·BA Hons Marketing Degree

·Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing role, ideally within consumer goods, sport, lifestyle, or youth-driven brands.

·Strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

·Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends.

·Experience in B2B and trade marketing desirable.

·Confident working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

·Strong project management and organisational skills.

·A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and building communities.

·Experience working with licensed products or within a licensing environment is a plus.
