About the Role

Our client is a highly reputable business and a genuine market leader within their sector. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will manage and mentor a small internal marketing team, providing expertise across various marketing areas.

Team and Responsibilities

The current team of Marketing Executives handles a wide range of marketing activities including Google Ads, Social Media Management, Events, Website Management, and HubSpot from a technical perspective. The Marketing Manager will need previous experience in managing a small team, along with strong coordination and management skills for both the team and the marketing strategy & reporting.

Skills Required

• HubSpot CRM knowledge & experience
• Running campaigns through HubSpot and reporting
• Structuring and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing marketing campaigns to improve performance
• Experience managing a small marketing team, providing coordination and prioritization
• Hands-on experience in Social Media Management, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Events, Google Ads (beneficial)
