About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and results-focused Marketing Manager to join our recruitment agency. You’ll help us grow by creating marketing campaigns & literature that attract the right candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and run marketing campaigns that get results and help build our brand.
  • Manage social media, email marketing, SEO, and online ads.
  • Create engaging content like blogs, newsletters, videos, brochures, and client testimonials.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to align marketing with sales goals and drive growth.
  • Work closely with our recruitment team to make sure marketing matches what clients and candidates need.
  • Look at what other companies are doing and check how our campaigns are performing to improve them.
  • Help organise and take part in industry events and job fairs.
  • Keep track of marketing results and share reports.
  • Lead and complete a website revamp, plus manage and update website content on an ongoing basis.

About you:

  • A qualification in marketing, PR, or a related field – or proven experience in marketing, ideally within professional services.
  • Know-how with digital marketing tools like LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Creative and able to come up with interesting marketing ideas.
  • Able to look at data and use it to improve campaigns.
  • Works well with others and can manage different tasks at the same time.
