About the role: As our Marketing Manager, you will drive event registrations and sponsorship leads across our portfolio. You will manage the VisProm and ExProm marketing strategies, developing data-driven campaigns with measurable results. You will also oversee workflows and automation to meet delegate targets in quality and quantity. Additionally, this role includes line management of a Marketing Executive and Delegate Campaign Executive, supporting their development.

Daily responsibilities include:

1. Develop marketing strategies and campaign plans aligned with business goals.
2. Create, execute, and optimise omnichannel campaigns targeting decision-makers in the public sector.
3. Utilise segmented data for targeted campaigns.
4. Design workflows and automation processes to streamline engagement.
5. Collaborate with content teams to produce engaging copy.
6. Lead and mentor team members.
7. Track campaign performance and implement improvements.
8. Provide weekly updates on trends and performance to senior management.

Success factors:

• Experience in email marketing and campaign management, preferably in events or related industries.
• Proficiency with marketing platforms and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
• Strong organisational skills.
• Copywriting skills with a focus on personalisation.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and strategise.
• Leadership or line management experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work onsite in Crawley at least 3 days a week.
