I am looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager to join a B2B media and events company that produces thought leadership content, market intelligence, and networking platforms for the institutional investment and financial services sectors.

The Role:

As Marketing Manager, you'll report to the Head of Marketing & Operations and take ownership of daily marketing execution. From content creation to digital campaign delivery, event promotion to partner communications - you'll keep projects running on time, on-brand, and on target.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaigns & Projects - Coordinate end-to-end marketing activities across content, events, digital, and commercial teams.
  • Content & Digital - Write and edit copy for emails, social, web, ads, and event materials. Oversee weekly newsletters and campaign performance.
  • Web & CMS - Update and maintain five company websites (content, ads, landing pages).
  • Analytics & Reporting - Deliver insights on campaign and website performance to drive decision-making and client retention.

About You:

  • 2+ years in a B2B marketing role (media, publishing, or events experience preferred)
  • Experience within Financial Services is a huge plus
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, newsletters, and LinkedIn ads
  • Confident with CMS (WordPress/Umbraco), CRM (HubSpot or similar), and email platforms (Active Campaign or similar)
  • Super-organised multitasker and a great collaborator
