You'll have the freedom to build and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy from the ground up, working directly with the founders to shape our brand and drive customer acquisition. What you'll do:

Own the Marketing Engine: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan across all relevant channels, including content, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and PR. Become a Storyteller: Craft compelling narratives and create high-quality content (blog posts, case studies, webinars, etc.) that resonates with our target audience and establishes us as a thought leader in the AI space. Drive Demand: Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through innovative and data-driven demand generation campaigns. Master the Metrics: Track and analyze key marketing KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions. Be the Voice of the Customer: Deeply understand our customer personas and their pain points to ensure our messaging is always on point. Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure alignment and create a seamless customer journey, excelling in an asynchronous communication environment.

What we're looking for:

A Proven Performer: You have 3-5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment—bonus points for experience in AI or deep tech—with a track record of delivering measurable results. A Strategic Thinker and a Doer: You can develop a high-level strategy but aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty with execution. A Remote Work Pro: You are a self-starter with excellent time-management skills and a proven ability to stay motivated and productive in a fully remote setting. A Digital Native: You have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). A Superb Communicator: You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and can articulate complex ideas with clarity and passion. A Data-Driven Decision-Maker: You believe in the power of data to inform strategy and are constantly looking for ways to optimize performance.
