Qualifications
Your role as Marketing Manager

Support the Belhaven Marketing Lead in developing the Belhaven beers' strategic direction.

  • Lead the Belhaven marketing team, managing a Marketing Executive and four Visitor Experience Hosts.
  • Manage the marketing budget for Belhaven.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing plans for all Belhaven beers, including NPD, key events, promotions, and communication strategies aligned with the brand plan.
  • Analyze major projects and promotions, providing learnings and recommendations based on performance data and category insights.
  • Coordinate with brand, communication, design, and research agencies for Belhaven range.
  • Engage key stakeholders and departments, including Sales, Telesales, and Production, to support marketing activities.
  • Create growth strategies and plans for the Belhaven beer range, identifying opportunities and gaps, and bringing innovations to market.
  • Ensure marketing activities are visible and communicated to trade partners, managing relationships with trade press.
  • Work with the Marketing Executive to produce top-tier sales tools and materials for your brands.
  • Develop and deliver an exceptional visitor experience at Belhaven, managing the BVE P&L effectively.
