About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Marketing Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual focusing on B2B lead generation, CRM/database management, and Digital Marketing (email, SEO, social media). You will support the sales team and drive business growth through targeted marketing initiatives and effective data management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation & Sales Support:
    • Design and implement lead generation campaigns to create new business opportunities and support sales growth.
    • Develop targeted marketing strategies to attract and nurture leads, increasing sales revenue.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into business.
  2. CRM & Data Management:
    • Manage the company's CRM system (Zoho), ensuring data accuracy and optimization.
    • Work with sales to improve data quality and implement tracking and reporting processes.
    • Monitor CRM performance and report on lead generation, conversions, and campaign success.
  3. Marketing Communications & Campaigns:
    • Develop and execute email and direct marketing campaigns for prospects and existing customers.
    • Ensure marketing materials align with the company's brand and values.
    • Create content to engage prospects, acquire customers, and retain existing ones.
    • Provide the sales team with marketing assets and campaign insights.
  4. Reporting & Internal Marketing:
    • Prepare reports on marketing and sales activities.
    • Manage internal marketing projects and suggest improvements to senior management.
  5. Additional Marketing Activities:
    • Potential to expand into SEO, PPC, and website management.
    • Stay updated with industry trends to keep marketing efforts competitive.
What We Are Looking For

A driven and experienced individual with a proven track record in B2B lead generation, sales support, and CRM/database management. The candidate should demonstrate strong skills in marketing, data management, and campaign execution, with a passion for results and growth.

Required Skills and Experience
  • B2B Lead Generation
  • Experience in email marketing and social media management
  • Proven experience as a CRM Administrator (Zoho CRM experience a plus)
  • Knowledge of broader digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Analytics) is desirable
  • Ability to commute to Elstree, Hertfordshire
