About The Role

Our advertising and campaign team sit right at the heart of AO – it’s their responsibility to ensure we reach the right customers and showcase our offerings. Your role will focus on delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels and projects.

You’ll work alongside our Marketing Lead and the wider Advertising and Campaign team to plan and execute high-profile campaigns across the group. Your main focus will be communicating the benefits of AO products and services, managing campaigns end-to-end, and collaborating with various teams to deliver targeted, creative, and effective marketing initiatives.

Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end campaigns for brand and retail activations, ensuring timely delivery within budget and objectives.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams such as Performance, Media, Content, CRM, PR, Insights, Analytics, and Creative to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Working with Trade Marketing teams to monetize activations and secure manufacturer approval.
  • Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance to optimize future campaigns.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and innovations, becoming the team’s expert.
  • Serving as the go-to person for marketing activation, keeping the team informed and promoting visibility across the business.
  • Working with an in-house creative team to develop campaign assets.
A Few Things About You

  • Extensive experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Proven track record of delivering campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Good understanding of traditional and digital media channels and their roles in marketing.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, either in-house or at an agency, at an account manager level.
