Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Manager, you will…

• Lead on strategic marketing activities, both strategy and plan
• Manage a small team of marketing professionals, including 1-2-1’s, appraisals and KPI’s
• Have full marketing mix of hands-on activities, across both digital and traditional
• Create lead generation opportunities through marketing, while working closely with sales

Requirements:
As a Marketing Manager, you will need…

• Proven experience of strategic and hands-on marketing activities
• Exposure to full marketing mix across digital and traditional channels
• 2+ years of team management
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial or similar sectors
