About Truespeed

We're on a mission to transform connectivity across the South West with our ultrafast, full-fibre broadband. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a talented Marketing Manager to take ownership of our Direct Response strategy and help us achieve ambitious growth.

The Role

As our Marketing Manager, you'll take the lead in planning, executing, and optimising Truespeed's Direct Response campaigns across multiple channels. You'll play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while ensuring our marketing activities directly support our commercial goals.

This is a hands-on role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, campaign management, and cross-team collaboration. The successful candidate should expect to spend 2-3 days per week in Truespeed's Bath HQ office and occasionally travel to operating regions/markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run Direct Response campaigns that generate leads and conversions
  • Build and deploy CRM campaigns (HubSpot experience a bonus)
  • Use data and analytics to target, test, and optimise activity
  • Report results clearly to stakeholders
  • Manage agencies, partners, and vendors for maximum ROI
  • Support growth initiatives like referral schemes and partnerships
  • Keep campaigns fresh with new tools, tech, and ideas
What You'll Bring
  • 4+ years' experience in Direct Response marketing (B2C/D2C)
  • Strong CRM skills (HubSpot preferred)
  • Proven success in campaign optimisation and data-driven insights
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners
  • Confident with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • A results-driven, commercial mindset
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and ready to make an impact
  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline (MBA a plus)
  • Comfortable working in a fasted paced environment
  • Previous experience in Subscriptions and/or B2C telecoms/broadband environments would be an advantage
  • Full driving licence required

Note: Location: Bath. Work Pattern: Hybrid (2-3 days office-based). Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
