Ashford School - Hybrid Across Two Sites

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of our Marketing & Communications strategy. Reporting to the Director of Admissions and Marketing, this role plays a key part in shaping how our brand connects with families, feeder schools, and the wider community.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of marketing across the school, manage brand consistency, and work closely with design agencies, press contacts, and advertising partners. Collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager to drive engaging social media content and campaigns, while also managing offline marketing initiatives and events. From creating compelling content and coordinating direct mail campaigns to supporting open mornings and alumni events, your work will be central to our outreach and engagement efforts.

This position involves budget management, stakeholder communications, and strategic planning. You will be based across our Senior and Prep School sites in Ashford, Kent, and will be part of United Learning, one of the UK’s leading school groups.

We are looking for someone with strong communication and presentation skills, experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and excellent copy writing abilities. You will be confident, creative, and able to manage multiple projects under pressure. Experience in the education sector is not required.
