Boon Edam Ltd, is looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our UK marketing strategy and help shape the future of our brand.
What do we expect from you?
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering effective marketing initiatives that support our business goals by:
- Developing and Delivering Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive local marketing strategy aligned with our global vision. You’ll identify market trends, set goals, allocate budgets, and report progress to senior leadership.
- Leading Campaigns from Concept to Completion: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive engagement. You’ll monitor performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Creating and Managing Content: Oversee the production of high-quality content across digital and print platforms—social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, and more. You’ll ensure all messaging is on-brand and resonates with our audience.
- Drive Digital Excellence: Manage our online presence, including SEO, website optimisation, and social media. You’ll stay ahead of digital trends and ensure our online marketing is cutting-edge and effective.
- Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals. You’ll also liaise with external partners, designers, and copywriters to bring campaigns to life.
- Leading PR and Events: Act as our media spokesperson, write press releases, and coordinate our presence at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events across the UK.
- Maintaining Marketing Materials & Resources: Ensure our photo library, SharePoint, and marketing materials are always up to date and aligned with brand guidelines.
What skills and experience are required to perform this role?
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign management and digital marketing, a marketing qualification is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights and trends into action to increase lead generation.
- A creative, commercial mindset with a passion for marketing and ongoing development.
- Solid experience using all social media platforms and campaigns.
- Outstanding organisational, analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent communicator able to liaise with and build customer, supplier, and partner rapport.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programmes.
- Proven knowledge and experience of Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Adobe Creative suite of products desirable but not essential.

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (with flexibility)
