About Us:We are a passionate and dynamic team dedicated to delivering high quality, outcome-driven outdoor adventures to young people through our family of brands. We are looking for a talented and commercially focused Marketing Manager to join our team and help us develop and deliver effective marketing communications.

Responsibilities:

This is an exciting and broad role, taking responsibility for bringing our family of brands to life, telling amazing stories to inspire our customers and ultimately support our superstar sales team to hit challenging sales targets.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive quality sales leads
  • Manage and oversee engaging marketing campaigns, both on and offline from email and social media through to direct mail and events
  • Keep the customer at the heart of all marketing and ensure activity is aligned to customer feedback
  • Constantly assess the competitive landscape and work to leverage competitive advantage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing plans, ensuring open communication and sharing of both success and learnings
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting plans as needed to achieve agreed goals
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that activity is delivered to budget and maximising ROI
  • Lead and mentor line reports, providing guidance and support
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners and industry bodies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies

Requirements:

You’ll be a self-motivated, creative individual with a passion for the outdoors and keen to work for a genuinely purpose driven business delivering amazing outcomes for young people. You’ll be comfortable working at pace as we grow and be confident to bring new ideas to the table.

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
  • A passion for education and the outdoors would be advantageous
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with marketing software and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
