A leading pharmaceuticals company is looking for a Marketing Lead to own the marketing strategy and execution. You will drive both B2B and B2C marketing, ensuring brand growth and tactical planning. Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred but not essential. This hybrid role requires about 2 days on-site in West London, with a competitive salary of up to £90,000 plus benefits.

As the successful Marketing Lead you will own the marketing strategy, planning and execution alongside business tools/services support the overall category and brand growth. This is the largest category in our clients marketing team with one business focus brand to develop further and some new exciting brand launches coming this year! Our client is a market leader with significant market share. Driving category and brand under pins the importance strategically of this role. You will be expected to lead on the delivery of the commercial and promotional messaging, tactical planning, B2B and B2C marketing, digital marketing/omnichannel engagement for the portfolio. You will also be responsible for one direct report within your team.
Salary: Up to £90,000 plus benefits package.
Location: Hybrid (circa 2 days in West London)
