About the Role

This is a creative, strategic, and hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, brand, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate is a sharp copywriter with a strong social media instinct—particularly for LinkedIn—but is also excited to explore emerging platforms and new content formats. You’ll also bring your skills in research, thought leadership development, and event curation to build our profile both locally and globally.

Content & Copywriting

  • Write compelling, audience-first copy across all brand touch-points, including social media, blogs, email, landing pages, and press releases
  • Develop a consistent brand voice across multiple business units and audiences
  • Research and write white papers, reports, and long-form thought leadership content for C-suite and industry stakeholders
  • Create messaging frameworks and support internal stakeholders with marketing collateral and sales assets

Social Media & Thought Leadership

  • Own and execute our LinkedIn strategy, with a clear sense of what works for B2B audiences
  • Manage and grow our social presence across new platforms (e.g., Instagram, Medium, or podcasting)
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop authentic, high-impact thought leadership campaigns
  • Track performance and optimise content based on engagement, reach, and conversion data

Events & Brand Activation

  • Plan and execute exceptional events (in-person and virtual) that reflect our brand, mission, and expertise
  • Coordinate with external vendors, speakers, and partners to deliver memorable, on-brand experiences
  • Support sponsorships, exhibitions, and brand activations that position us as a leader in our sectors
  • Capture and repurpose event content for ongoing marketing and PR use
About You
  • Experience in marketing, with a focus on content & copywriting, and social
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to switch tone across brands and formats
  • Proven experience managing a LinkedIn or B2B social media presence
  • Strong research skills and an ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging content
  • Experience delivering or coordinating branded events, from concept to execution - this will be hands-on
  • A creative mindset with a bias for experimentation and iteration
  • Comfortable working in a multi-brand environment with varying audience needs
  • Experience in a service-led or professional services business is a plus
  • A global perspective and curiosity about international growth
️ Compensation, Perks & Benefits
  • £60k per annum
  • Equity in the group
  • A gorgeous central London office (but with flexibility to work from home when you like)
  • A collaborative, values-led environment with room to grow
  • Flexibility and autonomy to shape your role and creative direction
  • The opportunity to have a direct impact on brand reputation and business growth

Due to the events element of this role, it will be important that you can be in London multiple times per week.
