Job description

This incredible charitable organisation are transforming lives for disabled people, helping them to develop their skills, be creative and express themselves, and live independent and fulfilled lives.

This brand new role leads on all marketing, communications and fundraising activities for the charity, including corporate partnerships, individual giving, events and enterprises (e.g. online store).

Based in Leatherhead, Surrey the charity occupies a period property on a beautiful, rural estate, which is still easily commutable from Woking, Guildford, Epsom, Twickenham, Kingston, Croydon and parts of West London like Wimbledon and Battersea.

In theory, this is a full time role working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday, however, we're open to discussing part-time options such as 3 or 4 days per week also.

Salary for the role is up to £40,000 (FTE) along with some excellent benefits including generous annual leave, annual salary review, pension, health and wellbeing provisions, staff discounts.

You should be able to present some great career experience in similar roles, where you have developed and executed strategy, across both offline and online channels (e.g. website, social media)

Because of the fundraising experience required, it's likely that your background will be in charities, where you have been responsible for different avenues of income generation to achieve the charity's goals.

You should be skilled in content creation for both digital and print, and confident to monitor and evaluate the success of your team's activities (get in the data!) and regularly report back. Interested? Then apply today!
