About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised, creative, and commercially minded Marketing Lead to join our fast-paced, collaborative marketing team.
This role will own two key acquisition channels, Refer a Friend and Affiliate Marketing. You’ll also support the planning and delivery of ATL brand campaigns across channels like TV, YouTube, and podcast sponsorships. You'll be the engine behind campaign delivery, working across internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns land on time, on brand, and with maximum impact.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s confident managing stakeholders, experienced in coordinating multi-channel campaigns, and brings creative energy and attention to detail in equal measure.

NOTE - Experience across all three areas is not essential, we’d love to hear from you if you lead one of the above areas but are keen to broaden your marketing experience.
We’re looking for someone who’s not only organised and proactive, but who brings a creative eye and strong communication skills to everything they do. You should be confident juggling multiple projects and managing internal and external partners to get things done.

On a typical day you’ll be working from a laptop with a screen, mouse, keyboard, and headset. You’ll be meeting your colleagues on Zoom and keeping in touch regularly via email and Slack too – we’d expect you to be using your computer for around seven hours a day. We’d ask that you have a distraction-free work area and a reliable internet connection with a speed of 25Mbps so you can work effectively. We’ll make sure you have the right home set-up that supports you in the role by providing best-in-class technology, money towards a desk, and vision support.
