Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing and social media.
  2. Manage and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives to optimise effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  4. Utilise Google Ads to create targeted advertising campaigns that enhance visibility and drive traffic.
  5. Create engaging content using Adobe tools for various marketing materials, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  7. Maintain effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  2. Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and algorithms
  3. Ability to create engaging content (graphics, captions, short videos, reels/stories)
  4. Proficiency with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite
  5. Basic knowledge of paid ad campaigns and performance tracking
  6. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  7. Creative mindset with attention to brand voice and visual identity
  8. Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
  9. Organised, proactive, and able to manage a content calendar
