Role Overview
As the Marketing Lead, you ll drive digital marketing for the leisure brands. You ll manage PPC campaigns, create engaging content, optimise SEO, and track performance to boost ROI. You ll collaborate with the Creative Lead to develop and implement marketing strategies across platforms like Google, Meta, X, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities as the Marketing Lead

  • Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta).

  • Optimise website content and lead generation.

  • Create engaging blogs, articles, and product updates.

  • Track and analyse digital campaign performance.

  • Attend UK & EU events and conduct market research.

Skills & Experience required for our Marketing Lead

  • Experience in B2B and B2C campaigns.

  • Strong PPC, SEO, and content creation skills.

  • Knowledge of WordPress and CRM tools.

  • Social media expertise (Meta, X, LinkedIn).

  • Clean driving license (for travel).
