Job summary

About the role

Our Customer team is at the heart of building trusted and valued relationships with our customers. You’ll get involved in different elements of marketing, from brand strategy to customer loyalty. You'll gain knowledge of how customer data and insight fuels decision making and shape personalised customer relationships.

Working at our Welwyn Garden City campus

Our leafy, green campus is just 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Welwyn Garden City with its many shops, restaurants, pubs and sports facilities. Close to the A1, and with frequent trains running to Finsbury Park in just 20 minutes (free shuttle buses take you between the station and office), the campus is well connected to the surrounding area.
