In this role you will add value to PXP by:

Equipping the business with actionable market intelligence to inform strategic decisions, product positioning, and commercial growth opportunities. You’ll be the voice of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity — ensuring we stay ahead, adapt fast, and deliver what our partners and customers need most.

A typical week as a Marketing Insight Manager might involve:

  • Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market, competitor, and customer data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights on market trends, opportunities, risks, and competitive movements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams to align insights with business priorities.
  • Track and report on key industry, fintech, and payments sector trends to anticipate shifts and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and evolve a regular reporting cadence, including market snapshots, deep-dive competitor analysis, and customer research reports.
  • Conduct customer and partner feedback programs, surveys, and interviews to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Support go-to-market planning with market sizing, segmentation analysis, and opportunity assessments.
  • Stay up to date with emerging fintech trends, regulatory updates, and economic factors affecting the payments space.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Proven experience in market insights, market research, or business intelligence roles, preferably within fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • Confident in managing market research projects from design to delivery of actionable recommendations.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and commercially minded, with the ability to extract complex data into clear narratives.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage different audiences, from leadership to frontline teams.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment and driven by curiosity and continuous learning.

We would love someone to have any of the following:

  • Experience with market research tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of competitor intelligence techniques and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech/payments industry and its regulatory environment.
  • Experience collaborating with commercial, marketing, or product teams on go-to-market strategies.
  • A degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field, with additional language skills being a plus.
