This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and lead a commercially focused marketing function across content, community, and growth.

As a lead-gen business, marketing is central to success – and the key driver of platform sign-ups. All activities, from ambassador programmes to influencer marketing to SEO, must contribute to this metric. Candidates should understand lead funnels, performance metrics, and campaign optimisation.

This is a strategic yet hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments. You’ll lead the planning and delivery of campaigns that drive measurable results—whether it’s sign-ups, engagement, or conversion—while building a strong brand presence and loyal audience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Growth Campaigns & Experiments: Lead the creation and execution of lead-gen campaigns, referral schemes, giveaways, and landing page optimisations. Build, test, learn, and scale.
  2. Content & Influencer Strategy: Own the content and influencer marketing plan, including outreach, briefing, and distribution. Drive reach, trust, and engagement across key channels.
  3. Community Engagement: Build and nurture a thriving community through content, communication, and events. Spotlight success stories and foster deeper brand connection.
  4. Brand & Market Insights: Monitor sentiment, track performance, and feed insights into content, partnerships, and commercial strategy.

About You:

  • Proven track record of running marketing campaigns and experiments that deliver measurable results.
  • You turn rough ideas into structured campaigns with clear goals and outcomes.
  • Experience across content, community, and growth in a digital-first business.
  • Familiar with SEO best practices, editorial workflows, or marketing automation tools.
  • Comfortable using (or managing the use of) video production tools.

What’s on Offer:

£55,000 - £65,000 salary (depending on experience)
