Job summary

VOLT, a UK-based electric bike manufacturer, invites a Marketing & Growth Manager to join the HQ in London Bridge, with flexibility. You will own and execute marketing across digital, content, PR, customer engagement, and retail, driving sales and growth.

You will work directly with the founders, gaining commercial insight in a fast-paced environment with minimal layers of management.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of marketing experience.
• Comfortable running campaigns and creating content.
• Hands-on, proactive, and commercially minded.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility.
• Familiar with modern marketing tools (AI tools, Canva, ad platforms, email systems, and automation tools).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Creating content, including short-form video.
• Managing email marketing and customer engagement.
• Developing partnerships, PR, and collaborations.
• Improving showroom and dealer marketing.
• Turning existing brand assets (awards, press) into growth.
