JD Healthcare Group, a leading UK fertility and reproductive care provider, seeks a Marketing & Growth Lead for London Egg Bank. Own campaigns, content, and programmes to drive qualified clinic enquiries, repeat demand, and donor egg recipient support across UK clinics and international partners.
You will work hands-on with leadership, the JDH Marketing team, Sales and Operations to grow donor egg services, including the recipient programme at London Women’s Clinic and international outreach.
JD Healthcare Group is one of the UK's leading fertility and reproductive healthcare providers, operating brands including London Women's Clinic, London Egg Bank, London Sperm Bank, KindIVF, Surrey Park Women's Clinic and Elective Egg Freezing across the United Kingdom. Since 1985, we have been supporting individuals and families through some of the most significant journeys of their lives — combining world-class clinical expertise with genuine human care. Everything we do is driven by a shared purpose: helping people build the families they dream of.
London Egg Bank (LEB) is one of the UK’s most established donor egg banks, supplying UK and overseas fertility clinics and supporting recipients in finding the right donor. You will also provide agreed marketing support to the donor egg recipient programme at London Women’s Clinic (LWC), including patients travelling to the UK.
Plan and deliver a weekly content calendar across LinkedIn, Meta and other relevant channels, maintaining consistent brand identity and monitoring engagement
Keep LEB’s website accurate and commercially effective — including regular articles, international landing pages (Germany, Ireland, US) and SEO optimisation
Deliver marketing supporting relationships with UK and overseas clinic partners — newsletters, brochures, presentations, case studies and professional education events
Develop marketing positioning LEB as a premium donor egg destination for international patients, including country-specific content and campaigns
Plan and deliver patient-facing campaigns across email and SMS (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), including re-engagement of unconverted enquiries
Coordinate marketing for seminars, webinars and conferences, and collect testimonials subject to appropriate consent
Report monthly on enquiries by channel, campaign performance and contribution to bookings and sales
