It helps people improve their nutritional habits through personalized programs, meal tracking, and health insights, which allows them to lead healthier and happier lives. Now, we are taking the next big step and working on a new revolutionary AI product that helps each person improve their health in a fun and engaging way.

We are looking for a skilled and creative Marketing Graphic Designer to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will create compelling and effective banners for Google.

Challenges You’ll Face

1. Designing visually striking, performance-driven creatives for Google advertising campaigns;
2. Resizing creatives for various Google formats while ensuring design integrity and effectiveness;
3. Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts that align with campaign objectives;
4. Staying up-to-date with emerging design trends, marketing strategies, and platform-specific best practices to keep your work fresh and impactful;
5. Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment;

We Expect You To Have

1. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous projects;
2. A solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and how design influences advertising results;
3. Skills in using AI tools to enhance creativity or optimize workflow;
4. Keen attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense to create designs that are both functional and visually appealing;
5. Creative, out-of-the-box thinking that translates into innovative marketing assets;
6. Strong time management and self-organization skills to efficiently handle multiple deadlines;
7. A background in marketing, giving you insights into crafting designs that drive advertising success;

It’s a Plus If You Have

1. Familiarity with additional tools e.g. AI & Illustrator;
2. A passion for exploring and experimenting with the latest trends in digital design and advertising;
