Centrica offers a Marketing Graduate Programme in the United Kingdom. You will work on meaningful projects, gain hands-on experience, and build a network to support your career from day one.

Over two years, the programme provides three rotational placements across Marketing, with structured development, mentors, and a supportive environment to grow.

Across the two-year programme, through a variety of placements, you'll build experience in areas such as product management, marketing, customer insight, analytics, sustainability and innovation. You'll develop skills in customer research, data-driven decision making, campaign delivery, stakeholder engagement and commercial thinking, using insight and creativity to help shape better experiences for our customers and support the energy transition.

With offices across the UK and a hybrid approach to working, flexibility is an important part of our graduate programmes. You'll need to be open to travel when required and, for some placements, relocation, giving you the opportunity to experience different teams, locations and parts of our business.
